Projects

ability system

A specialization project created during my studies at Playground Squad. It is an ability system built with focus on usability, modularity and ease of expansion.

Mother

Mother is a dark but charming puzzle game about a supercomputer guiding packs of stupid creatures through a deadly testing facility.

Opponents in crime

Opponents In Crime is an online multiplayer party looter, where up to 4 players compete to see who can steal the most art from the museum. Players need to focus not only on stealing stuff for themselves but also preventing their opponents from getting score.

Project: Echo

Project: Echo takes inspiration from games like Portal and Firewatch. It was developed during 6 weeks for the PlayStation 5 using an in-house engine called TenGine. The game utilizes the built-in gyro of the DualSense controller which allows you to rotate the controller itself to manipulate the game.

About me

I am a former professional dancer, now turned gameplay programmer in the process of finishing up my second year of studies at PlaygroundSquad in Falun.

Ever since I was a kid I have loved solving problems. I always used to take things apart to see how they worked, and then put them back together. This  curiosity and drive to learn has stayed with me.
I have always loved to create. Expressing myself through art has became a fundamental part of who I am.

Now I have found a place where I can do it all. I can solve problems, I can learn, and I can create art. To me game programming is the ultimate amalgamation of all the things I love.

As a programmer I like to do all kinds of things, but I usually gravitate towards some kind of system or tool.
I like making life easier for others and optimizing workflows. And of course, I love taking a problem and turn it into a solution.

One of my core strengths is that I see solutions. Almost anything can be done,
we just need to figure out how.
